Avila Physical Therapy is a specialty practice that treats women’s and men’s health issues. Our specific services benefit a variety of medical conditions. Our treatments are designed to promote and enhance your health and functional improvement. Initial evaluation consists of a one-hour session with your therapist in a private setting. Our therapists are specifically trained in many forms of treatments and techniques.  Your plan of care may include a combination of: manual therapy techniques, neuromuscular re-education including sEMG biofeedback, body mechanics and postural reeducation, therapeutic exercises, and low level laser therapy treatments. Each patient will receive an individualized treatment and exercise program that the therapist will update at each visit. Your success in therapy is also dependent on the effort you put into your adherence to recommendations between treatments. Your therapist will encourage your success and provide feedback on your progress.
